I’ve always had pleasure in catching kids early in their careers and keeping tabs on their progress going forward. Guards Akai Fleming (GA) and Jaden Nickens (OK) come to mind after this weekends DT camp. Very different in style and play, Fleming is a smooth slasher with range on his jumper where Nickens is a physical, attack the basket baller with a stroke as well. While I would have loved to see them matched up against each other, what I saw out of each are future D1 players with the ball in their court to reach their full potential.
